Previous experience

Universal polypack started off as a servicing company providing Annual Maintenance contract, Emergency Break downs servicing , On call servicing, Modifications of machinery as per customers requirements for the packaging and allied machinery industry.

Based on this service experience we came to know various requirements from our clients which was not available on the existing machines then. This slowly led us to migrate to the manufacturing process of the machines. Manufacturing of the machinery was a boon to the market as we could deliver complete customised machines based on the customers specific requirement.
